To grow our SAP ERP team, we are looking for a Senior SAP SD - S/4HANA Service Management Consultant:

Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA SD - S/4HANA Service Management Consultant who possesses a deep understanding of S/4HANA Service or CRM on Prem Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expertise in implementing, customizing, and supporting SAP S/4HANA solutions in the Sales and Distribution module while also having a solid understanding of service management or CRM functionalities.

• Implementation and Customization: Lead or participate in the implementation and customization of SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution module according to business requirements. Configure and customize the system to meet the specific needs of clients.
• Integration: Collaborate with other SAP functional consultants and technical teams to ensure seamless integration between Sales and Distribution module and other SAP modules such as Finance, Materials Management, and Production Planning.
• Business Process Analysis: Analyze business processes related to sales, pricing, billing, and distribution to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Recommend solutions and best practices to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• S/4HANA Service or CRM Integration: Demonstrate a solid understanding of S/4HANA Service Management or CRM functionalities. Ensure smooth integration between Sales and Distribution and Service Management or CRM modules to provide end-to-end business solutions.
• Documentation and Training: Prepare comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals. Conduct user training sessions to educate stakeholders on system functionalities and best practices.
• Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP S/4HANA SD module. Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to ensure system stability and reliability.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments and trends in SAP S/4HANA and related technologies. Continuously upgrade skills and knowledge through training, certifications, and participation in relevant forums and communities.
  
• Mentorship: Coach and mentor less experienced SAP SD Consultants

Here's the profile we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP SD Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing SAP S/4HANA solutions
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution module including configuration, pricing, order management, and delivery processing.
• Strong understanding and hands-on project experience with S/4HANA Service Management or CRM on Prem Services functionalities.
• Experience with SAP integration technologies and methodologies.
• SAP certifications in Sales and Distribution or related areas are desirable.
• Experience with different industries (manufacturing, transportation, pharmaceutical, food & beverage)
• Ability to communicate with customers and technical experts and bridge the gap between customers (business) and technical experts (IT / ABAP developers)
• Willing to take over responsibility and to make decisions
• Able to travel on a regular basis as per customer's requirements
• Flexibility to work in different time zones may be required depending on project requirements.
