To expand our ERP practice in the US, we are seeking a knowledgeable Senior SAP PP-QM Consultant (Production Planning - Quality Management) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and maintaining SAP solutions in the areas of Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM). The role requires deep expertise in SAP PP-QM modules and the ability to effectively integrate them with other SAP modules and external systems. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement SAP PP-QM solutions (implementations / roll-outs) that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business processes and requirements related to production planning and quality management.
• Conduct workshops, design sessions, and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
• Provide support and maintenance for SAP PP-QM modules post-implementation, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Lead or contribute to SAP PP-QM related projects, including upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with other SAP modules or external systems.
• Stay updated with SAP advancements and industry best practices related to SAP PP-QM.
• Support pre-sales activities in the America region and our global competency centers.

Required Skills, Qualifications and Education:

• Proven experience as SAP PP-QM Consultant, with at least 4 years of experience in SAP PP and QM modules.
• Hands-on experience with SAP full life-cycle implementation projects, including configuration, customization, and integration of SAP PP-QM modules.
• Strong understanding of supply-chain business processes in manufacturing industries, including production planning, shop floor execution, and quality management processes.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and translate business requirements into SAP PP-QM solutions.
• Ability to bridge the gap between customers (business) and technical experts (IT / ABAP developers).
• Project experience with SAP S/4HANA required.
• Strong customer services orientation and accustomed to taking an active role in executing engagements and project plans/tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• SAP certification in PP and QM modules is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
