To expand our ERP practice in the US, we are seeking a knowledgeable Senior SAP PP-PM Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and maintaining SAP solutions in the areas of Production Planning (PP) and Plant Maintenance (PM). The role requires deep expertise in SAP PP and (to a lesser extent) PM modules, with the ability to effectively integrate them with other SAP modules and external systems. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement SAP PP-PM solutions (implementations, roll-outs, pre-studies) that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business processes and requirements related to production planning and plant maintenance.
• Conduct workshops, design sessions, testing and training sessions for business and IT users.
• Provide support and maintenance for SAP PP-PM modules post-implementation, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Lead or contribute to SAP PP-PM related projects, including S/4 transformations, implementations and template rollouts.
• Staying up to date with SAP advancements and industry best practices related to SAP PP-PM.
• Support team members and our global competency centers in mentoring and sharing knowledge

Required Skills, Qualifications and Education:

• Proven experience as SAP PP-PM Consultant, with at least 4 years of experience in SAP PP with some PM module experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP full life-cycle implementation projects, including configuration, customization, and integration of SAP PP-PM modules.
• Strong understanding of supply-chain business processes in manufacturing industries, including production planning, shop floor execution, and plant maintenance.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and translate business requirements into SAP PP-PM solutions.
• Ability to bridge the gap between customers (business) and technical experts (IT / ABAP developers).
• Project experience with SAP S/4HANA required.
• SAP QM experience is a plus
• Strong customer service orientation, accustomed to taking a leading role in executing engagements and project plans/tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• SAP certification in PP and/or PM modules preferred.
• Willingness to travel as required (typically 20-40%).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
