ROLE:

As a Manager SAP Integration Technology you will play a pivotal role leading a team of consultants and developers, managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, you stay updated on the latest SAP integration trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions and maintain competitive advantage. In your capacity as project manager or solution architect, you ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects while aligning technical solutions with the clients' strategic objectives. Your expertise and leadership drive project success, fostering strong client relationships and delivering high-quality SAP solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage a team of SAP Integration Specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive performance and ensure project success.
• Develop and implement integration strategies and roadmaps that support business objectives, drive revenue growth, and ensure client satisfaction
• Design, configure, and implement SAP integration solutions using best practices and industry standards, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Implement quality assurance processes and methodologies to ensure the integrity and reliability of integration solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality.
• Excel in complex integration project management, including resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication, to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with company objectives.
• Drive sales growth by actively identifying and pursuing new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Collaborate with the team to share insights and strategies for success.
• Act as a subject matter expert for SAP integration best practices, tools, and methodologies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of professional experience in architectural design and hands-on project work of SAP Interface Solutions (SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI - SAP Cloud Process Integration, SAP backend integration/API)
• Proven leadership and team/people management abilities, with experience in managing and mentoring direct reports, and conflict resolution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and find effective solutions.
  
• Extensive SAP expertise with proven project implementation and management experience.
  
• Strong project management skills, proficient in tools and methodologies like Agile and Scrum.
• Strong business and financial acumen with strategic thinking capabilities. Ideally experience in selling projects.
• Good knowledge with SAP interface development and basic programming skills in ABAP and/or JAVA
• Willing to take over responsibility and to make decisions
• Able to travel on a regular basis
