You will be responsible for the support of our SAP customers in their functional and technical system needs by resolving issues,  maintaining their systems and through making recommendations for ongoing improvements and enhancements to improve the customers business operations. Your core focus will be on the SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) module.


  • Ticket creation and management in a project management tool: Consultant needs to create tickets for the issues reported by the customers and communicate the ticket number and status to them.
  • You provide accurate and realistic estimates of the time and resources needed to resolve the issues or implement the changes requested by the customers.
  • You are able to prioritize the tickets based on their urgency, impact, and complexity, and follow the SLA (service level agreement) guidelines.
  • You perform a thorough analysis of the issues and identify the root causes, understand the issues, debug and arrive at solutions including testing before deploying them to the production environment and ensure that they meet the quality standards and customer expectations.
  • The Consultant needs to document the issues, solutions, test results, and lessons learned in a clear and concise manner.
  • You perform operational tasks like monitoring, analysis, reporting and prompt attention to issues, and suggest improvements or enhancements to optimize them.

Job requirements


  • 3+ years of experience in SAP Support and/or AMS (Application Management Service) in client facing roles: supporting SAP applications, able to analyze business process requirements and specify / propose solutions, experience in international projects.
  • Good know-how in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA required
  • Worked with business user and understands business terms and conditions including SLA (Service Level Agreement)
  • Strong analytical ability to quickly understand the issues, debug and arrive at solutions.
  • Hands on, Self-driven, Solution oriented and Customer focused
  • Strong communication skills, self-starter, strong learning orientation, collaborative personality
